We have had our hands full (or arms) but are adjusting well to being a family of four.
March Madness!
Eli loved the chex mix!
Isaac's first park outing was at about a week and a half old. We had Nana's help (I think she had as much fun as Eli). Eli loved all the help I had the first 3 weeks because he always had someone fun to play with!
Eli has adjusted great. No real jealously (even with Mike) and he loves loves loves his little brother. He asks to hold him daily and is so excited to show him new things like the zoo, "outside", and cartoons.
Random cute Isaac pictures
Issac's first smile was at about 4 weeks old. He loves to look out the window on his changing table. There are three things that make him smile...
1. Eli
2. The dog licking his feet (gross)
3. Looking outside
I realized I never posted a picture of his finished room with the canvas so here it is.
Here is my first trip out with the boys alone. We went to the museum (go big or go home). Eli was very excited to show Isaac the dinosaurs however he kept telling me "Mama, Isaac might be scared a little bit."
While we were there Eli went to a Bob the Builder workshop and got to hammer in a real nail. He LOVED it! He also got to learn to bowl - museum trip was a success!
At night Eli wants Isaac in his bed for book reading time. He also wants Isaac to sleep in his bed all night, we will see if he still wants that in a few years.
I love Mike's face in this picture - my guess is this is the face of a tired Papa!
Baking with Mama - this is a "Ocean animal cookie"
After a day of working on the yard we had some brush to burn. I went in the house and when I looked out the window this is what I saw through the window. A baby in the stroller by a fire that a preschooler is playing next to... welcome to two kids! Note that the dog is the only one in a safe comfortable place :)
Lunch with some of the Collins family in Broad Ripple. While I was feeding Isaac, Carol protected the other 3 boys from the geese!
Mike and two of his cousins all had babies within 6 days of each other... all boys!!! Last weekend the Florida women came to Indiana to see them all. I love the baby aerobics in the last picture!
