A few weeks ago we had family photos taken. Eli was in the worst mood, however you would not know it from the pictures. We had a woman in Indy, that works out of her home, take them. She did a great job and it was an excellent deal. I would highly recommend her. We got a ton of pictures taken and got all the proofs (in color and black and white) PLUS the disk with copyrights for $98.00. I made a snapfish photobook from them for less then 30.00 and we will use them to print our own wallets, pics for family, and for a Valentines day card (we missed Christmas) to send to everyone. Daddy's little man
Eli has decided that when daddy is home mommy is pond scum. Yes... all day it is playing, reading, dancing, and lots of hugs and cuddles for mommy... and then it is 6pm and DADDY IS HOME!!! No more cuddles, hugs, or playing with mommy... it is all daddy daddy daddy!
In fact if I even get near Mike Eli will come flying across the room grunting until he successfully pushes me away from Mike and then he will climb up on Mike to cuddle and give me a look as if telling me not to think about trying this again. So of coarse when he leaves I will get close to Mike just to see what Eli does... and without fail the grunter will come running across the room to push me away.
I would say Eli is going to be a daddy's boy!
We did however get some good pictures of Eli and I during this photo shot... but note that all the pictures with me include a toy, his blanket, or a cup full of cheerios. He had to be bribed to stay with me because daddy was there and why would I be able to hold him when a DADDY is in the room.

My parents got Eli this rocking horse for Christmas... and thank goodness we brought it, he was all smiles for a while on his horse.
